Why’s it honest?
It’s an ongoing process
Honest to us encompasses many things including animal welfare, local sourcing, carbon footprint, supporting the local community, striving to be environmentally friendly.
Ultimately, we are looking to provide the best all round outcomes for our customers. It’s really a balance of finding suppliers that support all of these ethics.
We enjoy being able to support local community projects wherever possible. We’re in our 4th year of sponsoring Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club, and keep your eyes out for us at the Exeter City Football Club, Exeter Cricket Club and University of Exeter Lacrosse Club too!
We have chosen to support Macmillan Cancer Support for our chosen charity 2016. For years Macmillan have helped to give people facing cancer the support they need to feel more in control of their life, from the moment they’re diagnosed, through treatment and afterwards. It’s such a worthy cause. We want to help them with their incredible efforts.
What is it about Harry’s that makes you most proud?
Family & Friends
It’s about the returning customers celebrating their birthdays and anniversaries on a yearly basis with us. It’s a pleasure to be a part of people’s lives in this way and it’s so nice to be able to reconnect with people over the years and watch people’s families grow.
To us, that is what food is all about, making time to sit around a table with family and friends.
